Baking time! A super fruity cake that’s easy to make. No regular sugar needed – just replace it with Fruit Forest Sweetening Syrup which has 25% less calories than sugar. And our Real Fruit Snacks give a sweet fruity note to the most delicious cake you’ve ever made. Here you go:
300 gr self-rising flour
150 ml Fruit Forest Sweetening Syrup
250 gr melted butter
100 gr Fruit Forest Real Fruit Snacks, chopped
Preheat oven to 160˚C. Grease a cake mold with butter, dust with flour and set aside. Or use a bakingsheet.
Mix the eggs fluffy for about 2 minutes and add the Sweetening Syrup and melted butter while mixing.
Sift in the flower and mix gently with a spatular.
Add one tablespoon of flour to the Real Fruit Snacks and mix until everyone is covered. Add them to the batter and mix gently with the spatular.
Pour the batter in the mold (3/4) and bake in the middle rack for about 1 hour until the centre is baked dry.
Let the cake cool in the mold before serving. Enjoy and share your pictures with us!
